Elizabeth Butler rejoined the Board of Directors to serve as the Chair after 2 previous terms from 2007-2014. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an engineering degree from Auburn University. Previously, she specialized in strategic marketing at McKinsey & Company and also WebMD. Elizabeth and her husband, Ron, are parents to two teenagers, one at Veritas and another at The New Community School.
Richard Campbell serves as a Judge in the Richmond Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the VCU School of Music and the University of Richmond School of Law. Richard is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal School and The College of William and Mary, and received his law degree from T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Richard and his wife, Karen, have three daughters at Veritas.
Rich Crawford is President and CEO of Integrated Global Services, a private equity backed surface protection business serving global oil & gas, downstream, and power generation markets. Rich is also an active member of the Southern 7 chapter of YPO. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at UVA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. Rich and his wife, Bradley, have three children at Veritas.
Rebecca Fender is head of the Future of Finance initiative at CFA Institute, where she writes research about finance and ethics. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at UVA. She and her husband Matt have three children who attend Veritas.
Steve Godfrey is the Director of TDS Online for The FOCUS Group, a consultancy that serves faith-based nonprofits nationwide. Steve holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at UVA. He and his wife Jessica have two children who attend Veritas.
Ed Jones joined the Board of Directors in 2018. He received a Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University. After a career in engineering, safety, training and management, Ed retired in 2009. He and his wife Cathy have three grandchildren at Veritas.
Dan Kleinschuster joined the Board of Directors in 2015. He is a Senior Vice President at UBS Financial Services, Inc. Dan graduated from The University of Richmond in 1996 with a Bachelors of Science degree. He and his wife, Dana, have four children at Veritas.
Derek Lewis has rejoined the Board of Directors after 3 previous terms on the Board. Derek earned a degree in Economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a Managing Director at Harris Williams & Co. Derek and his wife, Kelli, have three children at Veritas.
Mike McClure is a Managing Director at Serve Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on investing in niche private equity strategies. He holds a degree in Mathematics from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mike and his wife, Michelle, have three children at Veritas.
William Mims has served as a justice on the Virginia Supreme Court since 2010. Justice Mims was a state senator from 1998 to 2005, served as the Chief Deputy Attorney General from 2006 to 2009, and then Attorney General of Virginia before being appointed for a twelve year term on the Virginia Supreme Court in 2010.
Jeff Ukrop joined the Board of Directors in 2016. He is a Furman University graduate and works for the Virginia Baptist Foundation to help individuals identify ways for churches and families to enhance their stewardship. Jeff, and his wife Nicole, have two children at Veritas.
